Due to the nature of this business, shipping times may vary. We will be sure to update you along each step of the way for the most accurate shipping times.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At RW Football Prep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed to make your experience as smooth as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within a specified period.
Our Full Prep Package, Reconditioning and Wax Package, and Flat Football Repair are not eligible for exchanges or repairs. If you had a football relaced and you are not satisfied with the lacing you may ship it back once for relacing free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The RW Custom Football is eligible for a full refund if the football is returned in new and unused condition.
